1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QLM Social AI (“the Platform”), provided through qlmsocialsai.co.uk, you (“User,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

You also agree to follow any additional notices, policies, updates, or instructions displayed within the Platform or sent to you via email.

2. About the Service

QLM Social AI is a multi-agency social media management platform that allows users to:

  • Onboard and manage unlimited client profiles

  • Deploy customizable AI agents to generate content

  • Plan and schedule posts via a visual calendar

  • Automate publishing using Make.com, Zapier, or Buffer

  • Create professional PDF client reports

  • Manage social media workflows at scale

The Platform is designed for social media agencies, marketing teams, and professional users.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal authority to bind yourself or your organization to this agreement

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use many features of QLM Social AI. By registering:

  • You agree to provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach

  • You acknowledge that all activity under your account is your responsibility

QLM is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account.

5. Client Profiles and Data

You may add multiple clients to your agency account. You are fully responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent from your clients to store and process their data

  • Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all relevant privacy and data protection laws

  • Managing and securing all content you upload

We do not control or monitor the content you store on the Platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

QLM Social AI provides AI-powered content generation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be imperfect or require human review

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content

  • You must not publish or act on content that is harmful, misleading, infringing, or illegal

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI outputs

You assume full liability for all content published using the Platform.

7. Third-Party Integrations

You may connect third-party tools including:

  • Make.com

  • Zapier

  • Buffer

  • Social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

When using third-party integrations:

  • Their own terms and privacy policies apply

  • You grant QLM permission to access necessary data only within the scope of your chosen integrations

  • You acknowledge that disruptions, errors, or downtime caused by third-party providers are not QLM’s responsibility

We do not store your social media passwords.

8. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Access to QLM Social AI may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing:

  • You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Pricing may change, and you will be notified in advance of any adjustments

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy Platform components

  • Interfere with system integrity or security

  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or mislead others

  • Exploit the Platform for unauthorized or unethical activities

Violating these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

  • QLM Social AI, including its software, branding, features, design, and content, is owned by QLM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business.

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate, excluding system-generated assets and templates owned by QLM.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Availability & Service Changes

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime

  • Error-free operation

  • Immediate resolution of technical issues

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

By using QLM Social AI, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You fail to pay subscription fees

  • We suspect fraudulent or malicious activity

  • We discontinue the Platform

Upon termination:

  • You lose access to the Platform

  • We may retain your data as required by law

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

You may cancel your account at any time.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will meet your expectations

  • AI content will be accurate, original, or error-free

  • Integrations will function without interruption

  • The Platform will be free from bugs, security vulnerabilities, or defects

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • QLM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • QLM’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

We are not responsible for damages arising from:

  • User-generated or AI-generated content

  • Third-party integrations or outages

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Unauthorized access caused by your actions

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QLM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your content, AI outputs, or social media activity

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on this page

  • You may be notified by email or through the Platform

  • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
